What data we process and why
Contact form and email communication
When you send us a message through the form or by email, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply to you, prepare a quote and arrange a meeting.

Cooperation and invoicing
If we agree to work together, we process the contact and billing details of you or your company to perform the contract and to meet our obligations under accounting and tax laws.

Analytics cookies
We measure website traffic with Google Analytics 4 only if you agree to it in the cookie banner. The data is anonymised and used to improve the website. You can find details in our Cookie Policy.
Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Website security
With every visit, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access. This data is used only to protect the website against misuse.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long we keep your data
- Form enquiries and emails: 12 months from the last communication if no cooperation follows.
- Contracts and accounting documents: 10 years under the Slovak Accounting Act.
- Server technical logs: no more than 3 months.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Only trusted suppliers who help us run the website and the company, and who are bound by confidentiality, have access to it:
- our web hosting and email service provider,
- an external accounting firm,
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, only with your consent).
Google services may involve a transfer of data to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, according to a decision of the European Commission, ensures an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- ask for incorrect data to be corrected,
- ask for your data to be erased,
- restrict its processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk, or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects on you.

We may update this policy, for example when laws or the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovak version of this policy prevails.
